Try Angelfire or any of the freebies. You can easily find code to block their popup ads on Google.com too.

well.. if you are smart... which you dont sound that smart... and you HAVE a fast internet connection... set up your own server on your computer.. trust me it beats angelfire but 10000000x times.

they give free unlimited space, 1 mysql box, php support, all for free. hes a nice guy and you can talk to him on aim, just go there and fill out an application and he will get you an ftp set up in about 24-48 hours.
