I Just got frozen Throne 1 week ago or so and I am suxx0r so bad
it seems the old huntress rush isnt even good against ghoul rushes....

Can anyone help me?

I need a Anti-Rush for An Undead Massing ghouls

Ok, against ghouls you shouldn't have a problem. mix in some hunts and archers. you have to learn to micro. best bet is to aim for the hero, focus fire. if he tries to focus fire on you, run. If need be, go back home to the moonwells, and counter quick. undead has a bad healing method early. if u wait to long and let him tech, ur done.

But the problem is, archers fall to easy to ghouls which are meele, so that is why you want some hunts in there that are ranged, but still do normal damage.

ok here it is

all wisps on gold

get about 5 wisps

1. first on moonwell, finish and put on wood.

2. second on AoW, finish and put on wood.

3. third on alter, finish and make a moon well.

( i might add that these 3 should build as soon as they come out use the next step after they finish the build)

4. next 2 on wood.

now start massing archers and get your hero out.

build next in this order while massing, hunters hall, moonwell, AoW

when huntress hall is finished get hunts

upgrade tree of life and the archer, hunts upgrade when possible

make sure you keep building moonwells (70 upkeep is about enough) and its important to set your wells to auto-cast.

basicaly mass and upgrade hunts and archers, with moonwells on auto-cast will stop any rush, :unlucky :shoot

too slow noob, you need to get the buildings faster then that, get 3 of starting 5 on gold mine, 1 builds altar, 1 builds moon well.

my response was just an error in thinking, but nevergoingback is a freakin moron, you dont send all 5 wisps to gold, its just too damn slow.

Heres what I do....
2 to gold
1 to moon well
1 to moon well
1 to alter
-Que one when ya get enough gold
goes to gold
-Que another
goes to lumber
People building alter, moon well, moon well.....2 of them to gold, 1 to lumber
Keep making people on lumber, when you get enough lumber, make an alter...etc....trust me, it works.

play base defense around ur moonwels with archers and hunts. wait for rush (u should win if ur fast to get units). then get some more units to counter-rush them.

No, playing defense is what looses you a game, playing offensively is the key to winning any game.

Why get two of your first buildings moon well The_Art_Of_war... I agree that you should never have to be halted by waiting for food... but by that point you should only be 8/10 so why would you need to be 8/30? It's waste of gold and time. Instead of getting a second moon well put him to a AoW... then when the first moon well is done then he can make another.

No, trust me, I've been using this strategy for some time now, and it's great. I know it sounds like I might be getting slow units, but if I did it like you said, I would be short on resources to make wells AND units AND wisps. Trust me.....

How would you be short on resources if you save some by not building two moon wells... it also saves a lot of important time.

whatever i got 3 wisp to gold 1 altar 1 moonwell then que next to gold then another. When two buildings finished make hero and take those two wisps put them on wood then que some more wisps to gold make AOw. I usually get warden and rush so i keep them in there base then when i get hunts or whatever im going attack

^^ That is the typical build order for an early hero. It's either that or AoW first to get more archers.
