I don't know if anyone has heard this but, in America, the Xbox 360 may be "Illegal" to buy due to issues with Motorola. Xbox sued Motorola for a patent violation and Motorola counter-sued Xbox for violation of 5 patents. The judge came to the conclusion that they are violating 4 of the 5 patents. Motorola tried to make a deal by saying they would give I think .33 $ per phone sold if Xbox gave 2.25% of the money they sold per xbox. Xbox denied this offer and said that their offer was a joke *paraphrasing*. The supreme court is now taking a look at the issue and Xbox 360s maybe illegal to buy in America if Motorola wins this case.
