Just wondering if it is possible to find hacked items in the game. I wasn't sure if the items were hacked and then heavily duped or if you could actually find them from drops.

That's always a possibility...you'd have to catch the server farting or something else, which would make the chances very slim.

No. The word "hacked" implies that they were created by a program. You can find BUGGED items in the game; uniques with the mods and name of a different unique, but not hacked stuff. And the bugged item off meph thing has probably been patched

my friend still has a bugged schimitar its really crappy and weird but i dont know if he found it in the new patch

Heres a bugged item.
Search the forums for posts with the words "bugged" or "glitch" and youll find quite a few more.
