Image extractor2 help

can any1 tell my how 2 use this damn thing every where i go it says i need this 2 add skins but its a blank program it does nothing all it says is open an mpq and i tried just about everything its getting annoying cause 4 the past 48 hours i've been tryin 2 add a simple skin on2 a map and havn't been sucessful

umm dude. Easy:

1. Run it
2. Open the .mpq file (go to your wc3 directory, and open the war3 (NOT WAR3X) .mpq file)
3. Find your file
4. Export it
5. Edit
5. Import and turn back into .blp
6. Stick in your map
