HOW to make Hacks?

Can anyone tell me a good site to start makein hacks are tell me how to get started?

You need a basic knowledge of programing in Visual basic 6... And u need tsearch, SoftIce and a couple other programs like ASM and stuff... And resolving DMA's is a bitch to do witch is y i don't make too many hax..
