sigh i know, 'install' isnt proper use up there... but i forget which word to use....

Anyways, i have like bunch of fonts (d2, matrix, sc, bunch more...). However, from my old comp (windows 98 2nd edition) all i had to do was copy the font files to:

C:\windows\fonts

But now... my new comp (win xp), if i do that, fonts wont show up... :( :scary

If anyone knows the solution to this, i will be grateful... :D

Ok N_LeGeNd) somethings wrong with your winXP office or MSOffice 2000 (what you're using) because i made it not with matrix,d2 etc but it did work.Maybe anohter problem are the fonts themselves. The Word/WordlPad cant accept the new fonts

You could always go to the "install new fonts" option (click file when you're in the fonts folder)

well, they work now, but b4, i jus extracted font files right away into font folder in windows/fonts... so mebbe that didnt install the fonts? When i copied and pasted, it installed. And since ive extracted some fonts, when i tried pasting those fonts again (overlapping was which iwas hoping to do) it said cannot do it, cuz theres same file. Delete it and install again.... so thats why i deleted fonts and installed all over again.........
