How come i can't use some items from Jamella's

Sometimes, after i use Jamella's, i can't use the the characters or in the midsd of the game, it freezes and says it can't acess the ability. Is there any way to fix this cause i'm gettin P.oed. please don't say SOL.Rate this thread.
