Well...I need a decent sig and a avatar...I cant download photoshop because i cant find and my Windows Me Will Crash Thats probably what it was desinged for ya??

You can't go on the internet and download it because of that? That's somewhat odd. A signature is fairly easy to get, I think. But if you need assistance in finding one I can be of help. What type of avatar are you looking for? From a T.v. show or, abstract art, or entertainment?

Just the text. I didn't make the sword, but getting the text to stick and come out decent in Photoshop took a bit of time for me.

Head on over to the diablo forums to get yourself started. Get to know the regulars there and have fun.

If you want to set up rushes, make a thread and explain what you're going to do. People may not respond but meet you online. (in diablo) Make sure you're avialible (let people know you accounts so they can chat with ya')
