The beta version of Diablo 3 now shows a grayed out check-mark for 32 bit, meaning that currently the client is only 32 bit based but we should see a 64 bit option sometime around release.
It excites me that my 64 bit capabilities may finally be utilized on my computer. I have to say, it is one of the most underutilized capabilities on newer machines, until more programming is based around it.
