Reset the Battle.net server list:
Windows Users:
Click on Start then Run.
Type regedit and click OK.
Click on the + icon beside the HKey_Local_Machine branch.
Click on the + icon beside the Software branch.
Select the Battle.net branch and press the delete key.
Click on the + icon beside the HKey_Current_User branch.
Click on the + icon beside the Software branch.
Select the Battle.net branch and press the delete key.
Macintosh OS 9.2.2 and earlier:
Double click on the hard drive icon on your desktop.
Open the folder labeled System Folder.
Open the Preferences folder.
Look for and delete the Preferences file and the Battle.net file if it is there.
Macintosh OS X:
Click on the Go menu in the menu bar and select the Home menu item.
Open the Library folder.
Open the Preferences folder.
Look for and delete the Preferences file and the Battle.net file if it is there.
