1. Multiple D2 - The Summit​

​

Running multiple D2's on one comp

This is the single installation method, I.E. you only need to install Diablo once. You will need TWO (2) (or more) sets of CD keys, Classic and LOD. If your computer can handle it and you have more the two sets of keys, you can start up even more Diablo's:

1. Get the CDKey Refiller from Onlyer's Pack here:

(Makes an .mpq file with the 2nd CD key)

2. Unzip the files somewhere (Diablo II folder).

3. Edit auto-cdkey.reg file with Notepad.

4. Copy the cdkey.mpq file to your Diablo2 folder.

5. Open d2-cdkey.exe file and refill both keys.

6. Unzip D2Loader from the .zip that you downloaded earlier.
(Makes it possible to load more then one Diablo2 game)

7. Extract the files (Diablo II Folder).

8. Make a backup of your Diablo II.exe file.

9. Move the Diablo II.exe file from D2loader folder to your Diablo II folder.

This is how I did it and it´s works fine for me.

If you wanto run two Diablo II games create 2 shortcut´s to the diablo2.exe and in the first write -w in the command line and write -w -mpq cdkey.mpq in the other shortcut command line.

If you want to run more then two Diablo's, rename the cdkey.mpq file you created to something like '1cdkey.mpq'. Follow the steps above to make another cdkey.mpq file. Have your first shortcut point to the Diablo2.exe file with the -w command line arguments. Have the second shortcut point to the Diablo II.exe file with the arguments -w -mpq cdkey.mpq and have the third shortcut point to the Diablo II.exe file with the command line argument -w -mpq 1cdkey.mpq. You can do this for as many CD keys you have. You will have to have a damn good computer to run more the two Diablo's though. If you don't know how to add command line arguments to a shortcut, then this is not for you. Play one Diablo and enjoy being the suck.

6. Using d2hackit with d2loader. The magic char problem

Basically, all you have to do is find a way to change the magic char (which is . at both hacks) to another char that isnt used yet.

zoid (-> zoid's pickit for d2loader) has included a configuration file which also contains an extra line for the magic char.

• Open your d2loader/plugin folder. There should be a file called zoid.ini (if you have that plugin installed, otherwise you dont have to change the magic char )
• Find these lines at the bottom fo the file:

8. Can't connect to battle.net! What to do!?

Many people have problems connecting to battle.net so I'm writing this in the sticky for everbody to read.

If you cant connect, it has probably something to do with the following things:

- You have been trojaned and your realm ips are messed up now
- You have been IP banned and you try to connect again
- You used a custom realm (edited the realm list with the gateway editor)

It is very easy to fix the problem. All you have to do is reset the realm list, so, when your client connects to battle.net, it downloads the most recent realm IPs and realm infos.

To rest the list, you simply have to run the registry manager. To do this, go to

 Start > Run > regedit

Now that you are in the registry, you have to browse the key

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Battle.net

Delete the whole battle.net key and exit the registry.
Now run your Diablo II executable and go to the realm selection. If you can see the realms, click on your and connect. If you dont see any, just click connect and battle.net will send you them.

9. How to run Diablo II without a CD, using d2loader!

Things you'll need:

- the Diablo II LoD CD
- the Diablo II Play CD (Classic)
- D2Loader
- The CDKey refiller
- a brain
- 15 minutes of concentration

Remember: I took the time to write this tutorial, know you should at least take it to *read* what I've written. thanks

Lets get started!


a) Getting the different files

First off, you have to get all the necessary files and stuff that I told you.

- The 2 CD's *with their cdkeys* (you'll need them both, the Classic and Lod cdkey, i'll tell you why you need them later on)

- You can download d2loader here and the cdkey refiller here.


b) Installing d2loader and the cdkey refiller

- Unzip both files into seperate folders and copy ALL the extracted files into your Diablo II folder (i.e. C:\Program Files\Diablo II\)

- There should be a message about overwriting the old diablo II.exe File: Press OK and continue.

- Done


c) Copying the *.MPQ files into your harddisk

- Insert your Play CD into your drive and copy the files d2char.mpq & d2music.mpq into your Diablo II folder

- When it has finished copying, insert the LoD CD and copy the files d2xmusic.mpq & d2xvideo.mpq into the Diablo II folder aswell.

- Done!


d) CD Key injection

- Now that you have overwritten the mpq files, your cdkey that was saved in them has been lost. in this part of the tutorial, you'll need your cdkeys, so get them .

- Open your Diablo II folder and search for the auto-cdkey.reg file. DONT OPEN IT, but rightclick on it and select "Edit". Something like this will show up:

- Open the d2cdkey.exe file and click on REFILL BOTH CDKEYS. Another small window will pop up asking you for your Diablo II install directory. Choose your Diablo II folder and click OK.

- Done!


e) Thats all Folks!

You've successfully installed the nocd crack and can now play on battle.net

10. D2Hackit v 2.0 (for advanced users)

If you are new to d2hackit, you should use the old d2hackit first. This is a complete rebuild by Abinn and is much harder to use IMO. this is what he wrote:

1, D2Hackit v2.00 beta build 0921

The beta dll, source code, and sdk files.

2, Bind 4.00

Bind.d2h, modified so it works for D2hackit 2.00+. Please do not use any earlier versions of bind.d2h with D2hackit 2.00, or you'll get a nice "big error". Basically you do not need to use this module anymore because "BYTE EXPORT OnGameKeyDown(BYTE iKeyCode);" function has been added into client implementation and will be called automatically when any key-press occur in the game. Source code included.

3, LifeSaver 1.0

Lifesaver.d2h, automatically drink/feed potions, back to town, quit game when player/merc's life/mana percents reach predefined alert points, or that player is hostiled by others. It actually does much more, please check lifesaver.txt for detailed usage. Source code included.

4, Pickit 2.0

Pickit.d2h, item picking module that works(and only works) on D2Hackit 2.00 build 0921 or higher. Alot of new features, improvements and fixes, no more worry about "Connection interrupted". See Pickit.htm for details. Source code included.

Items are treated in two kinds: valuable items(unique, set, magic, runes) and junky items(potions, gold piles, gems, others), valuable items have higher priority then junky items. Junky items will be picked only if there are no valuable items left.

Also, this module has implemented the "OnQueryModuleData" function and allows other modules to retrieve current number of items that need to be picked. To query this data, specify 1 as data ID and 0(all items) or 1(valuable items only) as lParam, buffer size shall be no smaller than 4 bytes. This allows your own bots to know whether it needs to wait(there are items need to be picked), or it can immediately move on(no more items).

Please note that this is a beta test, not a final release yet. If you want to write your own testing modules, please refer to "ClientImplementation.cpp" for a code skeleton because some module functions have been added/modified.

How to install d2loader, zpickit and c-lite?

Well, here is a tutorial/guide:

1. Getting the necessary Files

You will need 3 different zip/rar files. Here are the links:

2. Installing D2Loader

When you have finished downloading the d2loader-110.zip file, extract it to some folder (remember where it is). Now, go into your Diablo II directory and rename the Diablo II.exe file to:

Diablo II.exe.backup

This is an optional step, but it is usefull if you want to de-install D2Loader.

Now, go back into your d2loader folder and copy all the files you see there (including the Plugin Folder) into your Diablo II directory. You should see that the Plugin Folder is also in there now. This is very important, because the Plugin folder contains all the modules such as zpickit and anti-detect.

Now, lets get on, you have successfully installed D2Loader.



3. Installing Zpickit

Installing zpickit is even easier than installing d2loader. After downloading the zPickit.35db02.zip file, extract to a folder. Then, copy all the files that you have just extracted, into the Plugin Folder,which is located in your Diablo II Directory (you have just created it while installing d2loader!)

Poof! Thats all! To enable zpickit in game, type .set pickit 1 when you are in a Diablo II game on battle.net.

Remember that zpickit doesnt pick up items in town to avoid scamming.


4. Installing C-Lite

C-Lite is an editor for zpickit. It can tell zpickit which items it should pick up. To install it, simply download the file, extract it to a folder and then copy the clite.exe file into your plugin folder. NOTE: Make sure that there is also a zpickit.ini file, if there isnt, clite.exe will create one.

Congratulations! You are now ready to start adding your own items to the ini! Have fun!

Question: How do I put items that i downloaded on my character?

Answer: You will need an Editor to open the Diablo Ii Character file and import the d2i (D2 item file) onto the character. Good editors that work with 1.09 are Jamella and Shadowmaster. For 1.10, use Zonfire. Those Editors can be found here

Question: How do I find out the iLvl (itemlevel) of an item?

Answer: You'll need to download Mousepad's maphack or another program that lets you display it. Mousepad's maphack is not free and you'll have to buy a license for each classical D2 key you would like to use it with.

Question: How do I play Diablo II without a CD?

Answer: First off, you'll need Onlyers D2Loader. Once it is installed, you have to copy the following files from your Diablo II CD(s) to your Diablo II folder: d2music.mpq, d2char.mpq, d2xmusic.mpq, d2xvideo.mpq.

Question: Help, I lost my cd case and now my cdkey is gone... I have Diablo II installled though. Help!

Answer: Use Onlyers showcdkey.exe file to display your cdkey that is stored in the mpqs. Simply copy showcdkey.exe into your Diablo II folder and run it. An MSDos Windows should pop up and your cdkey will be displayed.

Question: I forgot my account password, what do I do now?

Answer: You can't recover it unless you registered your account with a valid email adress that you have access to. Don't send any mails to Blizzard concerning lost accounts. they won't restore any unregistered accounts.

Question: Is there a tradehack/dupe hack?

Answer: No... there are private dupes but they won't be released to the public, so don't bother sending me pms about how to get them.
