Bio Cybernetic Virus RPG

I have been looking for the map: Bio-Cybernetic Virus RPG and have been unable to find it. I was hoping maybe someonehere could help me out.

I thought I remembered it as Biotech Virus RPG, but I wouldn't put any money on it. And the more I searched for it, the more it looked like it is supposed to be Bio-Cybernetic.
