I'm gonna be modifying the forums alot over the next few hours (and perhaps days). You might notice a few things changing... i'm a "real-time-modifying-hacking-dude" which means... I don't test mods on demo boards, I implement them live, right from the get go (of course I have backups incase I really **** anything up bad)... so if you see a table that looks messed up, grab a bag of popcorn (or weed) and keep reloading and enjoy the html show 
The first thing you might notice is all the moderator column's are gone... this is to prepare for the addition of a small table on the right side of the forums that will have information. This way, the top of the forums arent cluttered up. You can still view the moderators by clicking on "Forum Leaders" and I will be adding a link up stop that says "Staff" which will replace that crappy "Home" link.
