Best anime villain?

As with most video entertainment, anime has some great villains. I decided to avoid posting a poll in order to avoid leaving out all of the great anime villains, since I am limited to seven options.

Personally, I love Orochimaru. His character isn't what I would call "deep" because he's not very complicated. I don't think there's even the remotest chance that he could ever convert to being a "good guy", unlike Gaara, who has an excuse for being "evil" (Bad childhood) and is only bad tempered because of his past. Orochimaru had a fairly normal childhood (As in, it wasn't a tormented one, from what we know so far).

Though I must say that Lust from FMA is probably my favorite anime villian, and although she wasn't like the main villian of the series, she had a dark, sexy style to everything she did, and her appearance and moves are amazingly cool.

kind of a wuss for a villain, but anyone who kidnaps children to fight in his army and encourages rape to keep the the birthrate up so he can have a bigger army is definately pretty evil.

I wouldn't really classify Sesshomaru as a villain, plus Naraku was seconds from absorbing him one time, with exception that Inuyasha forced him to stop. Otherwise, Naraku would have owned him. Hence, Naraku is still the ultra-best villain.
