Guy with Most Posts on Quiet Board.
He's Fire enchanted so he has 75% resist to fire. Crush him with other elements and do not get pounded by those charges. I used a merc on them with my zealdin and wiped him out completly.
I killed him with my lvl 42 necro with Life Tap and some 58-60 dmg skeletons and magi
