A belated Anniversary modification

As part of a belated forum anniversary modification, the Special Interest Section has been given it's own space on the forum index. This will assist people to finding their more specific interests easily in this one area, and reduce the clutter of the General Section.

The S.I.S. now hosts Tech Forum, GFX Land (and all sub-forums of that section), The Role Player's Realm, and Fan Fiction!
