yep there is two worth getting zonfire hero editor v7 is for 1.10 and there is udiotoo for advanced item editing...you can get them both off of www.nightshiver.com/ezcontents/index.php go to ericjwins and there are the two programs

Hero editor 1.10

i clicked the thread and it didnt work, anyone got a working thread were i can get a *working hero editor* for 1.10 single player
