As I was shopping yesterday at Best Buy with my sister, I came apon Computer mod kits. I was looking at them, and they looked like a fun project to do.
Modware.com is their website. Since my brother works at Best Buy, he can get 50% off this $69.99 kit. I have not bought the kit yet, but I plan to do so when my brother gets back from his snowboarding trip in Canda.
The steps look easy, and they give you the tools to do it.
First you need to cut out a hole in the side of your computer. (Not the motherboard side.)
So I will cut a hole in the side of my computer:

Then you would put in the glass window and lining that they supply to you: http://www.modware.com/kitblue.htm (First iamge, on the left)
Next, you will change your IDE wires, and floppy wire.

http://www.modware.com/cables.htm
You also will install the bottom neon light.
http://www.modware.com/lighting.htm
Next is the fan. (Not the heat sync one over your processor.)

http://www.modware.com/cooling.htm
They also will give you a nice design to put over the fan.
I'll add pictures to this thread, when I buy the kit tomorrow.
