We all use it (well some of us do). And it's pretty popular now. We can use it to virtually download anything we want, but it comes at a hefty price. I myself just started using BitTorrent clients after my friend at work told me about Opera 9.3 and it's built in function.

I was wondering what Torrent client do you use and what download was your longest.

Mine so far is Disc 1 and 2 for Chrono Cross. Took me 3 days, and 13 hours to retrieve. But at least now I am seeding it :). It may seem short for some people, but I mostly use it for anime, music and PSX ISOs.

Note - this is about discussing the downloads and clients, not posting links to downloads.

About 17 days of actual downloading, spread over a month.

It was a lot of trance music.

A lot.

On Azureus, i got Apple Logic Pro 7 with a bunch of soundbanks and VSTi plugins. Only to realise nobody had found a fking crack for the USB dongle yet. Id completely forgotten about it after a week so not sure how long it took, but it hadnt finished by the 6th day..

Using uTorrent now..

Torrents you say? I just recently downloaded the full Adobe line-up. It was nearly 15g worth of programs, going at a measly 15k/s. Needless to say, it took well into a month to download it all. It was very much worth it however.

Adobe Flash, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop CS3 and After-Effects, yes. The rest I do not even have installed. Maybe one day I will return to them and fiddle with them, but for now I am busy enough with school and those. You deviant art page suggests you use some programs, which ones do you use?

A lot of it wasn't In The Mix stuff, which kinda sucked.

Still was good for awhile though.
