Warez Starcraft and Orig Broodwar Question

I got a warez(pirated) version of starcraft, the question is -- can I install original Broodwar CD over it, and if I can, would it be posible for me to play over BNET using Broodwars cdkey. What's your take on this?

BroodWar doesnt come with a cd key you have to have the cd key from the original game
