The best way of avoiding this combo is to finish the human off before they get to tier3. They ususally get a BM as a third hero.
U~Banish(BM)+Bolt(MK)+holyLight(paly) > any Undead Hero

If your Dk has banish, get him the hell out of there! Usually I like to put stuff which dispells magic on him (Amulet of SS, others) so he can just dispel the banish.

Ive started using the anti mmagic shell.
It works pretty well.. buys you some time because it has to be dispelled before the DK can be banished.

-get the anti magic shield for the banshee
-the shield will have a 600 magic damage shield due to banish
-the anti magic shield will absorbe a good amount of damage enough for your hero to survive
-you can also turn the tables on the human by puting unholy frenzy on your hero while he is in banish and the banshee anti magic shield will counter ac the life drain efects of the frenzy
-unholy frenzy gives 75% attack/movement speed bonus.....times that 50% more......just think about it........think of the power your hero would have
