I've never played a Super Smash Bros, but I've seen it being played. It features pikachu right? Could you post some of the "Oldies" for me, please?

Well, they still had changes to thier moves and fighting styles. Also, lets not forget Ganondorf and capt. falcon. Example is that Falco moves a lot more faster but his attacks a little weaker. Marth needs to damage from the tip of his sword, Roy damages at the blade of the sword. Doc Mario's pills may accidently heal a target.

SSB was better than SSBM, since most of the character had some idea of balance. But when SSBM came, it was all about agility or the average heroes, most of the strength ones (like DK, Bowser or crappy ones like MR Game and Watch) were hardly ever used.

Hell I hated Mr. Game and Watch, and I agree, there were large imbalances in Melee.

This looks like it will be a good game. In the first 2 games, I tended to use Ness, I loved the strong skill (the bat), that did some damage.

I wonder how Nintendo will make use of the controller. Although I like the idea of having some of it motion controlled, I don't want to have to wave my hand around like crazy.

I agree that SSB>SSBM, I liked pretty much everything about it more. I liked that you could make it 4 opponents with 999 lives set on hard, and then leave them on all night. Making your record in multiplayer like 9999 kills and such.

When it comes out, it probably might. But one must be too careful.
