Starcraft Quicktexts release

Since im back into starcraft, might just as well release this little program, which i made quite a while ago.

It basically sends pre-set text when you press CTRL+SHIFT+(1-9)
so thats 9 of those common messages you can store. (ex. lol)
CTRL+SHIFT+0 closes the program.

winrar is freeware for personal usage as long as i can remember
