I just started playing Starcraft again, but my lag on bnet is a little high. I've played the campaigns a long time ago, but still want to play SC. Is there anything I can download to play Starcraft on single player with computer allies instead of having to play against them all?

    u can do this:

    go to multiplayer

choose, instead of bnet, modem or LAN

    choose Create a Game

chose the Top vs Bottom option at the type of game option

choose a map, and then u can have allied computers

That's kinda cool, I always wanted to do some Top vs Bottom without having to go online, and it does work.

Yeah, 200,000+ people bog battle.net up pretty bad... make sure you're on the server nearest you, also--that'll reduce lag if you attempt to play online again. Also try third party servers, they'll be a lot less laggy.
