The Speed Tank Barbarian
Everyones Favorite Absent-minded Stratedgy maker, sets out on his journey to spread the news of the cookie cutters demise!
Firstly I would like to describe the idea of this guide for those who cant comprehend the name.
Its broken down into 2 parts;
Speed : He is fast, and can even outrun teleport.
Tank : He is Durable, As the name implies he is "Tank-like"
We are looking for 15,000+ Defense and the fastest speed hes got.

-Gear-

We are looking for +skills and Increased run/walk speed.
Helm- A big Deal in this build. (socket with a shael, ber, 40/15 max/ias, jah)
Valkerie wing- 20% r/w
Harlequin Crest- +2 skills
Rare Barb helm with +barb and +shout / iron skin / Increased speed.
Armor- Youll want to aim for Trang-Oul's. it has High Defense and the r/w. (shael, ber, jah 40/15)
Trang-Oul's Scales- 40% r/w
Vipermagi- +1 skills and +resists.
Shield- Not needed at all. Though you may want to carry a lidless for a bit of extra defense and block. (Um, shael)
Lidless eye- +1 skills
Weapons- youll need 2 as your main weapon, for Frenzy. (shael, 15 resist jool.)
Crainte Vomir- The ultimate choice. 20% r/w 10% dr. massive slow.
a Magical +2 barb sword of quickness.
Boots- You need a high r/w speed.
Natalyas Boots- 40% r/w.
Sanders boots- 40% r/w, +stats. Very good.
Gloves- Anything with benefits to ias. or kb or slow.
Laying of hands- 20% ias. and the 350% dmg to demons is intresting.
Clewglaws Pincers- 30% slow knockback.
Belt- Speed, 4 slots.
Mavians belt- 20% r/w 5% mana leech.
Rings- Anything worth your while.
Stone of Jordan- +1 skills 20% max mana.
Dual leech- May help you stay alive.
Raven Frost- Cannot freeze. +20 dex. +ar.
Amulet-
Cats eye- 30% r/w 20% ias. +25 dex.
+3 masteries amulet.
+3 warcries amulet.
Charms-
Small~ Fine of Vita. Fine. Vita. Inertia. Balance.
Large~ Vita. Fine.
Grand~ +Warcries. +masteries.

Start as always with your shouts. Grab your shield and find a small herd. Whirl wind a bit to bash them up, then switch and Frenzy a bit. You will be moveing FAR faster than any sorc or assassin at max frenzy. Whirl the rest of the herd to death.
When your about to kill the last target. Frenzy so you can move to the next herd Fast.
That is about the basis of the Build.
Aim yourself for about 15,000 defense by lvl 80, and about 1000 base hp.
