I only see korean games wtf?

Hi guys and gals. I don't use hacks or anything like that, but my games on starcraft is always showing korean games, and when i enter u.s. west, i go to a kor-01 instead of usa-01. What's wrong with my starcraft? I am using a korean operating system though, but it worked fine before. I am sure I wasn't hacked or anything like that, it's probably the reg settings or the starcraft settings that got a bit screwed up. Well if you guys can help, please let me know! Thanks guys! Alot of Koreans use the USWest server, especially when it is day time for them. Try using USEast to see if you're having the same problem.

Go to control panel -> regional settings -> change the language korean to english(and unicode too, if you want)
