How long do u have to be here for forum elder?

i created the forum elder position because blizzforums had it - and we couldn't let them get ahead now could we. it's just for the good oldies to be able to still view the staff forums, and be recognized for what they have previously done. i didn't intend there to be a set lifespan :rollie

When I was demodded I turned down Forum Elder title. Not only did I not want it, but I am also very fickle with my titles..

The usergroup is rather pointless without the staff access really...and they shouldn't give it to EVERY ex-mod either...

No, the admins set the masks for individual users to who they feel should be in...well, not many elders are allowed in.

Yes, I'm in the elder group, No, I'm not allowed in staff.

Some Elders have Staff access, some don't. Full stop. The recent ex-Staff still have access, like (unfortunately), Zaku.
