Countess is random u can get El's from her for 50 games in a row then she can suddenly drop an ist or um.

countess is tricky she takes time i guess u need to do like a 24 hour countess run to get good stuff :]

ist is probably the highest you have gotten. Lo is PROVEN the highest rune she can drop.
