I've seen this a few times before. It's a scam to get people to send them his CD keys. You're supposed to e-mail him saying it doesn't work, and he'll ask for your CD key, or the "encrypted" version of the CD key, then reverse his method to gain access to the real version.

Heck, it even looks like he copy/pasted it from somewhere else. =0P
