Where to find frostburn's?

where can i find a pair of frostburns on ladder norm? im only lvl 38 and i cant really kill anything with my hammerdin becuz my build requires a pair of frostburns. sooo anyone know where i can find a pair in ladder norm, or nm? thanks pals!

well you can find them pretty much anywhere in the whole game past act 3 norm. Had it been none ladder i could of gaven you 1 free

why is it ppl make these "where can i find *Insert specific item here*" like only 1 monster can drop them? i never understood what ppl are thinking when they dot hat.

and im sure a pair of frosties makes a HUGE difference with your damage. just use mana pots.

i have a pair of frostburns on east ladder that i use during baal, but for mfing, i use my 30 mf chancies that i found i have an ss for a barb during baal, but since i got kciked out of the baaling 'clique' im not giving it to astro :/
