I weigh 240. I don't look it though..most people think I weigh 180-190. I'm 6'1. Don't think I'm trying to justify myself though. I'm fully aware I'm overweight. Just don't look it as much as I could. ^_^;

I haven't lifted weights since 8th grade. I have no idea how much I can lift.

Well i took the liberty of changing kgs to pounds via google so:

weight: ~194 pounds (88 kg)
Bench: ~187 pounds (85 kg)
Max: ~231 pounds (105 kg)

My current job demands a lot of physical labor so i pumped up a lot during last 6 months.

I weigh about 135 pounds, height 5'9.5". That's about 61kg and 176.5cm for you metric folk. And for the record, I think we should have converted from standard to metric before anyone else. Oh well, go us.

And as for all this talk about weightlifting... what's considered standard? Lifting one's own weight? I could bench 140lbs back when I weighed about 130, but I don't have a clue what that means. I've never done any real weightlifting or exercise of any sort until just recently. Now, I regularly do pushups (50 regular, 20 on knuckles, 10 on fingertips) and several various ab exercises.

Weight: 110-115ish lbs
Bench: 110lbs
Max: I'm thinking 125lbs

If you can't bench your own weight, I'm pretty sure that qualifies you as 'out of shape.'
