what is the difference between open a closed battle-net. and if you can how can you change it??

Open is mostly client side and the char are stored on your computer.

Closed is server-side and is stored on B.net server.

what do you mean...? you can't transfer guys from open to closed and vice versa... Also you can edit chars on open but not closed.
