What happen to that tweak FPS sticky topic awhile back?

I remember the one where it told me to get nvoglnt.dll in the system32 folder and paste it in C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\paladin23331@yahoo.com\counter-strike\gldrv and change the drvmap to the nvoglnt.dll thingy and it actually worked for me.

Wtf have they done to it omg. I just reformatted my comp and I need that guide back.
