Yeah, the quality is the only real problem I see. It's an interesting effect over all, regardless of being 100% filters.

I agree with the blurry thing, but I love the style and color theme of it. Clear that up and make it sharper, and I'd use it as my desktop wallpaper. I like it. 9/10, with a full ten once it's cleaned up.
