Rares can't spawn mods like 274% ED.
And on BTW EEX_ca_aok, Mephisto can't drop Valors so I don't know how the hell you might've gotten that ring from him.

Acctually, he can, its the highest item he can drop. There are people who have found valor off Mephbot, just ask around.

topher10889, Mephisto can't drop everything. In fact, he can only drop a few of the Elite Uniques. People wouldn't be doing pindleskin if they can find Wf's and Gf's with Mephisto.
