I have the 1.09 azurewrath on US EAST SC it is the same as the oridgional, but it is extremely rare according to every one that I asked because all of them were supposed to have been deleted when blizard updated to 1.10.

Umm, no, they weren't supposed to be deleted... They're in the game files, they've just been disabled to drop.
