The demon hunter skin is odd....

i was looking @ the demon hunter skin and noticed some... odd.... drawing on it, the only thing that I did to the immage was outline them, take a look for yourself if you dont beleive me,

the atachment is the whole skin

Hey Jim,
Remember my TFT Mithril map I'm working on? Well, I want it to be the best AOS out there (wishfull thinking) and I consider Tides of Blood to be my immediate competition.

TOB just came out with version H and it has modified skins for some of the heroes....... Now I'm determined to do the same and need some direction.

Could you tell me where I could read and learn how to edit skins? Basic stuff like how to extract the images, what program to use......... If you have a guide that you can 'Attach' to your reply that would be even sweeter
