Sub7 2.2 - How to use it?

hey all, i was jus wondering if any1 wud b kind enuff 2 giv me a step by step on using sub7 2.2 trojan. if sum1 wud post simple instructions on how to use it i wud b extremely greatful.
i have seen korittke's netdevil sticky and am amazed by it, tho iv heard sub7 is better and smaller, this is mainly the reason behind it my preferal
