Opeth new album next week.

Im a bit upset as how they are dropping all death growls from this album.

i Enjoy their soft and lighter sounds very much but I think the singers voice as a metal singer is on the the best because it's not to gutteral and not screamo type blaaaaaah. It's just how i would imagine the devil would sing.

They are going in a more Jazzy progressive rock way with this CD... the single is good. The CD will probably be good but damnnit I want those death vocals.

Ehhh...hmm..

The new single is interesting. Sounds a bit like Blackwater Park..which is one of my all time favorite albums from any band.

Interesting. I need to hear more.

I personally love Moringrise the most.... I used to tripballs and go walking at 3 in the morning... made me feel like i was walking in the forest

Im going to see them next tuesday.... they better not think they can get away without playing some death metal.
