"Not accepting UDP Packets in port 6112" Please help

Well when I got onto Battle.net for Starcraft (original), It says (on the screen before the login screen) "You are not processing UDP packets in port 6112, contact your internet service provider"...Well I tried that and they cant help...

I think its because I have a firewall on, but I dont know if I do...

I Have Comcast Cable (only one comp, i dont share), Windows ME, and AVG virus protection thing...

Well I hope I can get help...

Some ISP don't allow such as game packets like UDP...

If you still have that problem, change your ISP and see if can play

on Battle.net.

I don't think he wants to change his ISP. Sometimes that happens to me, just try restarting SC BW).

Do you have a router, splitter, or firewall?

Well I am pretty sure I dont have a router or splitter. But I don't know if I have a firewall or not. Can someone please tell me a way to see if I have one or not?

And sc used to work on this comp untill (i think) i got the new comcast modem. Thats when im pretty sure it started messin up, but it might of happened later. Im 50% sure it was when i got the new modem.

And I dont know why but i can still play d2 games fine :/

Well can anyone tell me how to find out if I have a firewall, like explain some steps to find out if I do? And if I do, how do I turn it off?

Do you have windows XP?

If you do, go here:

But even though you have your firewall on, you can still play

games. I think your modem is causing that problem.
