"MYIE2" users, i need your help.

everytime i highlight something and drag it, it starts a new window with the google search feature, how do i disable that? so whenever I highlight and drag nothing happens?

and the window tab is on the bottom of my browser right now, how do i put it on top below the google toolbar? (i tried dragging it and nothing happened)

A little confused, really, not heard of this IE feature, and nothing in the Google Toolbar options I can see.

As for your re-arranging, right-click a blank space on your browser toolbar and uncheck 'Lock the toolbars'. Then drag at the left part of the toolbar (the double line) until you can rearrange it. Then lock it again.*

IE is far from godly, and assuming you do use IE, since Mozilla comes with a Google bar itself.
