ok i know it really s*x a*ses and im not a pro n those things but tell me what you think about it

The matrix affect is way over used. <period. Try doing something else or messing around. The text is also hard to read. Actully its un-reable. Try making it stand out more. The border could also use some work as well.

I'm guessing you used a premade or defined layer style for the text. Because most layer styles are made for larger 'stuff', you will need to scale it down if you want to use it on that text.

right click it and there's an option to scale it.
