Do you work out?
If so, do you listen to music while doing so?
If so, what is the best music to get you going?

My ultimate work-out song is The Germs Round and Round. when I was first learning how to skateboard this song got me off my ass so many times.

the old boxing club and gym a few blocks down plays wicked music, but all the older Origin Unknown tracks like Red Planet get me going. cant seem to find it on youtube, but the Misdome remix was awesome..

I went to a Bleeding Through concert and bought a Cd of thiers that came with a extra CD of music from bands that are on the same label (Bands like Bleeding Through and Walls of Jericho) and it does nice when I'm doing push ups. Rap can give you a rythem but metal will make you more energetic, assuming you aren't completely biased against one or the other.

Nice bump, lol.

I start every workout the same song (which is kind of sad) Slipknot- Before I Forget. For some reason that really gets me pumped up. I usually follow it with metal/hard rock (Killswitch Engage, Pantera, In Flames, Trivium, Metallica, Machine Head, etc).

Recent days, I've been listening to the likes of Koda Kumi and Kat-tun. I don't really work out, but they have loads of stuff that get my heart pumping.

Info: Koda Kumi is Yuna's singing voice for FFX2. Kat-tun is an uber cool J-pop boy band.

Kat-tun hawtness.

I thought we had that video function. Or was it never there?
