Help with deleting trojan

i did steps 1-7 in the trojan deleteing now the last step sais delete the trojan in the system derectory i wanna no where the system derectory and whats the trojan file name called

What have you done? Have you updated your virus definitions and scanned? Did it detect anything?

system directory= c://windows/system on 2000 or lower

c://windows/system32 on xp
