Misc Gaming seems to have a broad interpretation, so this is here to address any issues that might arise as to what is allowed and expected.

-You can discuss any consoles which are discontinued, and the games for those consoles. Remember that this forum is for gaming companies and consoles which are no longer current or supported by the other gaming forums.

-This is the exception to the above guideline. There is already a forum for Nintendo, so discussion of Nintendo here will be extremely limited. The only topics that will be allowed in relation to Nintendo are ones which are never discussed there. This restricts Nintendo-related topics to subjects such as NES, Virtual Boy, VS System, and Family Computer.

-You can discuss any current information, news, games, or anything else related to companies which have discontinued consoles. This means that anything related to Sega, SNK, and Atari can be discussed. Do not, however, make threads about games which are or will be released on current systems, even if it's created by one of these companies.

-Anything relating to emulators can be discussed, although no site which contains or links to emulation material (emulators, roms, etc) can be linked to. You can, however, discuss emulators as much as you want, in as much detail as you want, as long as you're not giving links.

-If you want to give someone a link which relates to emulation, PM them it. This is the only method that will be allowed. Publicly posting any information which regards emulation links, such as site names or how to Google them, will not be allowed in any form whatsoever. This is a zero tolerance policy.

Thank you for taking the time to read the above guidelines. If there is anything you don't understand, or have questions/comments about, please feel free to PM me and I will be more than happy to address any and all of your concerns.
