Yurnero, The Juggernaut

by

@Jenny

General Info:
An explosive fighter. He can unload unbelievable damage at a very fast speed. He’s a great carry hero with the right items and damn near unstoppable with them. One-on-one with a Juggernaut is just asking to be killed. The only draw back of this awesome hero is his weak stats and low HP.

Skills:

Blade Fury

Causes a bladestorm of destructive force around Yurnero, rendering him immune to magic and dealing damage to nearby enemy units. Lasts 5 seconds.

Level 1 - Deals 80 damage per second.
Level 2 - Deals 100 damage per second.
Level 3 - Deals 120 damage per second.
Level 4 - Deals 140 damage per second.

**A great skill early on. You can cause some major damage with this by following up begin heroes and letting them get shredded. It’s also okay for farming early on if you’ve got the mana/regen. It looses it’s power mid game, however it does give brief magic immunity so it’s not entirely bad.**

Healing Ward

Summons a Healing Ward that heals a nearby units' life.
Lasts 25 seconds.

Level 1 - Heals 1% of hit points per second.
Level 2 - Heals 2% of hit points per second.
Level 3 - Heals 3% of hit points per second.
Level 4 - Heals 4% of hit points per second.

**It’s a great way to get yourself healed, heal your allies, or tank towers early on. The regeneration it gives is insane. The only draw bad is it’s easily killed, so it’s not a real safe way to early game regen – then again who’d get this over Fury/Crit early on anyways..?**

Blade Dance

Yurnero's cunning blade gives him a chance to deal double damage on each attack.

Level 1 - 10% chance.
Level 2 - 18% chance.
Level 3 - 26% chance.
Level 4 - 36% chance..

**Critical is always good, especially double damage. That’s not even the sweet part. 36% chance to critical strike is excellent. The high frequency of Jugger’s crits are what make him deadly. **

Omnislash

Quickly move around the battlefield, slashing many enemies. You become invulnerable while Omnislashing.

Level 1 - Attacks 3 times.
Level 2 - Attacks 5 times.
Level 3 - Attacks 8 times.

**One of the most feared ultimates in the game. If you encounter a juggernaut alone you might as well consider yourself dead. The damage it does is insane and the faster your attack speed the more likely you can get extra slices in. Orb effects and items and other procs can occur from any of the slashes.**

No early ward means you have to be very careful about last hitting and Blade Fury harassing. Be sure to pack a Ring of Regen, or Health. Or even some Tangos would do if you’re particularly good or if the enemy is a lazy harasser. It’s got the synergy with Blade Fury and Omnislash. Force them to run back with Fury, or wipe out the creeps this way and finish them off with Omnislash. There’s no real easy way to prevent this unless they stand their ground.

Item Builds

1. Boots of Travel
2. S/Y
3. Butterfly
4. Hyperstone
5. Helm of the Dominator/Satanic

Because Jugger has such low HP then survivability is mainly what you want to focus on. Travs and S/Y for the fast rune speed (and the faster attack speed and HP is also great) and then Butterfly for that evasion and the extra attack speed for more slashes in Omnislash. Hyperstone for the extra slashes as well. Helm of the Dom/Satanic is less important, but you can do some real damage with leech – especially as much as Jugger crits. It would, to say the least, keep you fights a little longer.
