you should be able to have like 5 merc's but make the monsters MUCH stronger and have many more of them. ive wanted like 5 act 1 merc's cause like think about it being a barbarian and haveing snipers for cover fire tell me if you think that is a good idea

In both Diabloes (1 and 2), I find the fact that 1 hero can save defeat all the monsters rather unrealistic (I'm talking about single player). I do like the idea of having 5 mercenaries, a few scouts perhaps, and more interactive NPCs.
