I've move into university accommodation and now can't play custom games on battlenet. The university allows limited access to games on a very "we own you and can do what the hell we feel like" kind of basis but they say they will try and allow access to a game if you provide.
a) Name of the game.
b) Official gaming website address.
c) The range of recommended ports (UDP and/or TCP).
d) Destination name (DNS) or IP address
The battlenet match making service works and so do arranged games its just the custom games that don't. Anyone have any idea what information I should give about this problem?
