Connection error

I am getting an error about my modem not connecting to Battlenet.. even tho i am hooked up to the Router and i have no idea how to fix it any help will be very usefull

Is there anything more detailed than "an error"? An error code may be useful.

If there's a router, I instantly think there's port forwarding issues, so a router make would be useful.*

the Error i am getting is that Battlenet is unable to connect to my modem.. but i am hooked up to a Router.. my internet is up

I've never heard of a problem connecting to a modem, but through one. Do you have the exact error?

- Have you forwarded any ports through your router before?
- Have you allowed Diablo to have Internet access through your firewall?
